Semi-instant bamboo curry

Phu Farm is a semi-finished bamboo shoot curry produced from bamboo shoot, jew’s ear mushroom, vegetables and condiments, all come in one sachet with intense flavour without MSG. Development of this product arose from the oversupply of bamboo shoots in the country. Various preservation methods were explored. It ended up with an ideal way - first by boiling the bamboo shoots, then drying by the 'Solar Dome' to make the bamboo shoot texture beautiful without fungus. It is mixed with 'Nua Powder' which combines all ingredients needed for making bamboo shoot curry. Finally, it becomes a semi-finished bamboo shoot curry with a long storage life.
