These dental implants for fixing dentures are only 2.75-3.00 millimetres in size. Their usage creates a small wound, allowing quick healing and attaching well to the bone. It consists of two parts -- the head that attaches to the denture and the torso attached to the jaw bone. When worn-out from moving the denture in and out, the head can be replaced immediately without the need to dismantle on the first day of surgery.
