An innovative healthy drink, Kombucha is produced by fermenting black or green tea, sugar, microbes and yeast for at one week until it becomes an acidic beverage.  Its main composition is acetic acid and includes vitamin B and many other substances. The drink is fizzy and has a slight alcoholic smell.
