GISS Unit

GISS Unit is a metal fabrication machine which employs the semi-solid metal casting method under the slurry principle. It uses melted metal which is not as liquid as water but is more viscous like jelly. This viscosity property allows for better quality work than before because when being molded there will be no bubbles, enabling to flow well with low heat. Therefore that extends the mold life, shortening casting time for each piece resulting in lower production costs for metal parts and higher quality of castings.
