Baan Mae Hia's Coffee has good quality, full-bodied and strong natural aroma. The dark roast offers intense flavour, while the mild roast is light in flavour. It is dried with heat radiation by special ceramics which receive heat from the burner. This is a good drying technique that does not destroy the structure, reducing roasting time and save energy. Mae Hia Hom Hoh Coffee is a product of cooperation between the government and the Mae Hia Community, representing "coffee cultivation for environmental protection."
