Tofu-san is a high-protein ready-to-drink soy milk product using good non-genetically modified soybean as a raw material. It is not mixed with milk powder, no preservatives added and having its protein content raised by including fresh bean curd deriving from boiling soybean milk, then put it through a stabilisation process by immersing in a chloride solution to keep the bean curd in shape in the process that applies heat and pressure. Finally, put it through a sterilisation process before distributing to consumers.
