Tempe Bawashi

Tempe is a vegetarian food originating from Indonesia. It is produced from fermented soybeans for use as an ingredient for various dishes and is popular only in the southern border provinces. It has a short life span with unfamiliar smell. That gives rise to an idea of turning the Tempe into a snack by addressing its yeast smell and improving the taste to appeal to the Thai taste buds.
