This non-alcoholic light mango cider product offers high content of Mangifferin. It uses light syrup and mango peels with yeast adhesion (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae var. Burgundy) in a fermentation to convert sugar into alcohol. Then add polysaccharides before evaporating the alcohol with heat in a pasteurisation level, put caffeine and carbonate to make a refreshing beverage and beneficial to health.
