This is an agro-innovation that adds value to jasmine rice and building the Thai economy by applying bio-technology that stimulates the creation of aromatic substance, known as 2AP (2-Acetyl-1-Pyrroline).
It causes microorganisms to produce more precursor in the group of Polyamine (Putrescine, Spermidine and Spermine) and Aminobuthyladehyde substances.
It then passes through an extraction process to mix with nutrients, leaf-capturing substances and Chitolico-polysaccharides which is absorbed by rice plant for enhancing the 2AP fragrant synthesis, making rice grain more aromatic.
