This solar-dried Thai Kanomjin noodles coupled with curry comes from standard plant with three curry flavours: coconut milk, wild and salmon. The Kanomjin noodles are made from 100% organic rice and come in eight colours including white, yellow, blue, pink, purple, green, tea and orange. The product can be stored for about one year in accordance with FDA standards and is currently being developed to extend the expiration to 18 months.
