This is an application that, in conjunction with hospitalization, meets the needs of home care diabetic patients.  The system will provide advice from a team of nutritionists working closely with the doctors who provide the treatment at the hospital.

It provides a diet advice for the patient and collects dietary statistics and sugar level statistics and medication intake information from the patient that enable the doctor to determine a treatment plan more effectively.

The system can also be linked with the patient's fingertip perforator to monitor the patient's sugar level in real time with timely notifications when abnormalities occur.
