This is a yogurt made from coconut whey which provides good fat options for those who are allergic to milk. It uses low-fat coconut whey, a left over from the natural coconut oil that goes through the cold-extracted production process, and put through microbial culture with a special formula. Developed under a zero waste concept, it is a ready-to-eat yogurt that does not contain soy, yet cholesterol free. The amount of probiotics is equal to that of yogurt produced from milk.
