This is a national-level innovation in cooking cream and low fat whipping cream. It transforms raw materials from natural plants to develop a cooking cream with ingredients that mimic the components of the cream made from cow's milk.  In the process of producing low-fat whipping cream, the cream from cow's milk is combined with skimmed milk and the stabilising agent before going through the homogenisation that brings a whipping cream with half the fat of normal version.
